Summary: Parking was good once i realised the little laneway was the entrance. Excellent value for the price. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants

Summary: The motel building is an old building, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is in a perfect location in the centre of town. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here several times and will definitely stay here again.

Summary: I was surprised that the hotel is in a former Chinese restaurant, with a corridor of rooms upstairs. Mine was large, clean and with an ensuite that had been refreshed at some point. For this price, I'd expect some stuff to be broken (e.g. cracked sink) but it wasn't. Having a sort of kitchen at the end of the corridor was good. The fit out is not particularly good, but the owners have clearly made an effort to provide somewhere comfortable at a reasonable price. However, the claim that there is an indoor pool is wrong (public one over the road) and I inferred 'grounds' which are the park over the road. My room looked out over a noisy servo and the heavy trucks rolled by from no later than 0400. The 24 hour staff is only true in that they answer the phone and are helpful - I think the reception service is in Canberra, not Cooma. Don't be put off - the place is fine - but it is basic, tired and requires an open mind.

Summary: Overall disappointing. Noisy floor to walk on, hard pillows. No staff on duty. A card that would not work to open front entrance door. Had to make several phone calls to owners for help.

Summary: Centrally located and very clean. Manager is friendly and helpful. This is a comfortable older residence with a shared kitchenette. I would rebook again.
